Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy
Domestic (US orders):
Non-custom orders will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days.
Custom orders will take 1-2 weeks for processing & production time and spend 3-5 business days in transit via USPS.
We ship worldwide! Non-custom orders will ship via USPS taking about 7-21 business days, depending on the country.
Custom orders will take 1-2 weeks for processing & production time and spend 7-21 business days in transit via USPS, handed off to your local postal carrier.
All tracking information will be emailed after the order has shipped - please make sure to accurately enter your email address at checkout to receive your tracking information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We generally do not accept returns for personalized orders. However, if you receive an incorrect personalized item please contact us right away and we will promptly assist in replacing the item for you.
If you purchased one of our rings and it is the wrong size, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will gladly assist in exchanging for the correct size. Please note that after 48 hours receipt, we will be unable to exchange your ring for the correct size. To avoid this, we highly suggest being absolutely certain of your ring size before ordering. Note that Chantilly Jewelry uses an American ring size chart. If you are located outside of the United States, please refer to our ring size chart on our Size Guide page to see your U.S size equivalent.
We attempt to package every order with extreme care to ensure it’s safe delivery to you. However should your purchase arrive damaged in the mail due to reckless handling in transit please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will assist in issuing you a replacement item. After 48 hours of receipt, we will be unable to assist.
